Rejoice- Tibetan Community Activities: In July 2013 at Dhondenling Tibetan Settlement, Kollegal - Vajrasattva Empowerment, Visualization Meditation and Dharma Teachings presided by H.E. Kunde Rinpoche at the community hall. This special Vajrayana Teachings and oral transmissions spiritual practices were requested by the local Buddha-Dharma Outreach Committees. The activities were attended by more than 3,000 local residences, including many young Tibetans.

第三世法王贡德仁波切被南印度区果力嘎(译音)镇之藏族人民弘法组委员邀请弘法活动：2013年6月主法金刚萨垛灌顶，金刚萨垛观想禅修及佛法开示于当地人民礼堂。大约有三千多名佛友参加，包括年轻人也踊跃出席此法缘于闻思修，法喜充满!

This new publication was launched at Dzogchen Monastery, South India on 18 August 2013.

"From the start from Dharmakaya Samantabhadra down to our root spiritual master, the bank of clouds of blessings is not faded,the incessant rain of the accomplishements (dngos grub) is not interrupted and the golden chain of lineage is certainly not stained by broken samaya lapses. Hence, for this reason alone, I have written this Dzogchen teaching transmission lineage." May this publication preserving the oral transmission of Great Perfection in written form auspiciously, and ultimately benefit all sentient beings to attain Buddhahood.
